Lifetime Warranty

All Lōgōs components products come with a Lifetime Warranty against material or manufacturing defects. Defective parts shall be replaced free of charge by Lōgōs provided that the claimant:

  • Is the original purchaser of the Product;
  • Provides valid proof of purchase (a receipt from Lōgōs or an Authorized Lōgōs Dealer);
  • Provides a clear description and photographs of the product’s defect;
  • Files a claim that qualifies for coverage under this warranty.

Incident Protection (Crash Replacement)

While we build our products to last, even the most thoughtfully-engineered products have their limits. In the unlikely event that you exceed ours, we’ll want to get you back in the saddle as quickly and painlessly as possible. That’s why every Lōgōs product comes with:

2-Year No-Fault Crash Replacement covering 100% of the cost of components (e.g. rims; hubs) damaged while riding the product as intended (no XC wheels on DH bikes);

50% off replacement parts after two years and for non-original owners.

To get started, simply contact us within the coverage period with photos and a description of the damage. 2-Year Replacement Coverage commences on the date of purchase, requires proof of original ownership in the form of a receipt from Lōgōs or an Authorized Lōgōs Dealer, and is subject to Lōgōs’ discretion. Rider is responsible for costs associated with shipping, labor, and replacement of undamaged parts (e.g. spokes, nipples).


We’re confident you’re going to love your new Lōgōs components, but if for some reason you wish to return them we offer a 30 day return window on all unused Lōgōs products. 

(Note: Please do not ship products back to us without contacting us first, as we process returns at a location that is separate from our main warehouses. Products purchased from a 3rd-party will be subject to that party’s policies.)

Terms & Conditions

Products must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with tags in place, in their original packaging intact, and with all supplied parts and materials included. 

The 30 Day period starts the day you receive your wheelset;

Does not apply to products that that have been used, installed on your bike (including tubeless tire installation), or for which packaging is not fully intact;

Customers wishing to return their wheels will be liable for shipping costs as well as any import duties or expenses incurred.

Return packages must be handed off to the courier within 7 days of us sending you a return label via email.

Initiate a return

To initiate a return or exchange, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@logoscomponents.com and let us know which products you would like to return. If exchanging, also let us know whether you’d like a different product or store credit.

Print the prepaid return shipping label that we’ll send you via email.

Send all return items back to us using the label provided.

Note: It may take up to 30 days for you to receive a refund payment, depending on when we receive your returned products and your credit card’s or bank’s processing times.

Shipping Damage

Damage incurred during shipping must be claimed within 7 days of delivery of your product(s). To file a claim, send photographs and a description of any damage to support@logoscomponents.com. Please also hold onto all packaging, tags, included parts, and paperwork until your claim is fully processed.
